Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

We accept return or refund requests only for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Misprinted products
  • Wrong item received

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide the following details in the comment section under Request a return page :

·         Order Number

·         Order Date

·         Full Name

·         Phone Number

·         Email Address

·         Product Link/Name

  1. Share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damage, defect, or misprint.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for verified defective, misprinted, or incorrect products.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Important Notes

  • Products without proof of damage/defect will not be eligible for a refund or return.
  • We do not accept returns for size/color change or change-of-mind purchases, as each product is made to order.
